This is by far not the first project that I have had AA Construction do for me and certainly won't be the last! As usual, their work is of top quality, professional, and promptly done. My fence is beautiful and they saw to every little detail. I have nothing but great things to say about Allan, Chris and the rest of the crew.

I called AA construction and they came out the next day and had the work I requested completed the following day. I purchased a new front door on-line and needed a contractor to install the unit. The unit was over 600 pounds. AA construction met the delivery driver at the property and coordinated with the delivery company to meet at the property to help get it off the truck. They removed the old door and installed the new one without any issues and did a wonderful job. They were very professional and thorough. I have many other projects coming up and I plan on using them again in the near future.

Found these guys entirely by accident but so glad I did.AA Construction built me a 6' privacy fence and 4' cement retaining wall in 2014. They also designed and hand-built a custom double door for the privacy fence.Excellent work! I had neighbors stopping them and asking for quotes for work for them. I have people stop me on the street at my mail box and ask me who did my fence. It stands out in the neighborhood because it is beautiful.They are currently at my house now remodeling a bathroom, my kitchen, building me a new porch,a custom designed bookcase and fixing numerous small items that needed to be done.Work Ethics - INCREDIBLE. Communication with customer - THE BEST. Someone I can trust - MOST DEFINITELY. Reasonably priced - INDEED. "Yes I can do that for you" - YES, YES, YES.More to come once my current "wish list" is completed. I am extremely happy with the work performed by Allan and his team. He went above and beyond my expectations on many occasions.He was always very professional, prompt and responsive to my needs and concerns. The work performed to repair the wood rot damage was exceptional. They ended up having to tear out and rebuild a corner of my home. In the process they also replaced my back door which required them to remove the wood trim. In order to replace the trim, Chris hand crafted a design to match the 100yr old trim present throughout my home. It turned out amazing.An example of them going above and beyond: While tearing off the corner of the house, they removed a portion of the tile backsplash. They not only took the time to remove this tile from the section of the wall they had to remove but they also proceeded to re-install it on the new wall they put in. Allan was very helpful in offering suggestions for my porch addition while taking into consideration my needs and budget. Again, I'm pleased with the result.The stone work was sub-contracted out to a stone mason. However, I felt comfortable that Allan still took ownership and responsibility for this portion of the project. The stone work turned out very nice as well.As I said, I'm very happy with the work they did and will be using them again when I am ready for my next project.

We purposely delayed this review, so we could evaluate our results after a harsh winter, a drought, and plenty of rain. After about 9 months since completion, we are very pleased with the work done by AA Construction (Allan Wayne Bridges), Leavenworth, KS.
We needed several major repairs, due to settling, which had resulted in a wet basement, cracking drywall on our main level, and two doors that would not open.
Allan gave us a reasonable estimate. He began the work in a timely fashion. He has very good folks working for him. Together, they make a terrific team. To correct the damage and effects of the settling, it involved extensive construction. The process required them to dig down approximately 8 feet to provide access for their equipment that drove the piering system down to bedrock and began supporting and lifting the foundation and returning the house and garage to proper position. We were kept informed of progress all through the procedure and were involved in the final settings. Gently, carefully, gradually, a wall with rock facing was raised perfectly - not one crack. The floor is now solid, cracked drywall is now in correct position, counter tops are even, and the doors open perfectly. They removed and replaced our patio bricks (to eliminate the flow of water that had been coming into the house). It was mechanical and manual labor – all done in a very efficient manner. On various areas around our house, they needed to move and grade dirt to direct water away from the house foundation. This was all done very professionally.
Allan and his crew buried drain lines. They dug, prepared, and pounded before laying out a beautiful larger, wider (very slightly-sloped) concrete w/steel rebar sidewalk – again - to keep water away from the foundation.
They kept their work area clean. Powerwashing the house was their last step.
We would describe Allan and all his workers as: knowledgeable, talented, confident - providing practical, sensible solutions.
They were all professional, efficient, detailed, thorough, precise, accurate, (did it right the first time – no do-overs necessary) and meticulous. They did an excellent job, using proper equipment. They were all hard workers, dedicated to good performance, personable, enthusiastic, conscientious. Allan’s estimate was reasonable. When they decided a procedure was not required, they reduced the price accordingly.We will contact him when we have future projects.
